The official app "My APLUS" from APLUS Co., Ltd. has undergone an upgrade aimed at enhancing user convenience.

During the initial login, users are required to input their ID and password, along with phone verification via SMS or voice call.

For devices equipped with biometric authentication, its use is mandatory. Those without such features will need to use passcode authentication.

• Easy and Secure Login: The app provides a straightforward and secure login process through biometric authentication.
• The app’s authentication follows the international standard "FIDO", significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access or account takeover. Additionally, biometric data is not stored on servers, providing enhanced security.

Additionally, "NETstation*APLUS" has been rebranded as "My APLUS" effective December 9, 2024. Users of the previous version are advised to upgrade their application.
